I have the right to refuse a commission. Please understand that I will choose to accept the request ONLY if it will match my style & interest.

Files for your commission will be available from me for a limited time only. I cannot guarantee against computer failure or accidental deletion or loss so please make sure to backup your files.

Please allow about 2-8 weeks for the commission to be completed, but this time frame is subject to change depending on the complexity, other commissions ongoing, and my daily work. If delays occur, you will be notified ASAP.

I reserve full rights to all art produced with the exception of ownership of any original characters featured in the commission.

I reserve the right to upload the commissions on my social media unless the client requests for them to be kept private.

You agree that the commission I provide is for PERSONAL USE only unless stated otherwise.

PERSONAL USE, non-profit use includes but is not limited to: avatars, phone/computer wallpapers, and personal website/profile displays.

The non-commercial artwork is not allowed to be used as part of merchandise or any live stream.

COMMERCIAL USE includes: Reproducing the commission (e.g selling prints, making a profit out of it)

Commercial fee will be applied to artwork used on platforms like YouTube, Twitch, Patreon, Ko-Fi, etc

The price for COMMERCIAL USE will be charged x2-3x the standard price.

Reselling my artwork or using it for AI or NFT purposes is strictly prohibited.

Please do not heavily alter the artwork w/o my consent (resize/cropping is alright)

You are NOT authorized to trace over my artwork in any way, including the use of the artwork as a “base.”

Payment is required upfront unless we agreed otherwise.

Prices are subject to change depending on the complexity of the request. Adjustments on price will be discussed before I send the invoice.

I accept payments in USD currency via Paypal (Gcash/Paymaya for local)

For Paypal, Final commission prices will include an additional % fee due to paypal transaction fee.(You can use this link to compute for additional charges of Paypal: salecalc.com/paypal)

You will have 7 days to complete the payment once I accept your commission form. If you do not pay within this time period, your commission will be automatically cancelled unless you ask for an extension beforehand.

No 100% refunds for commissions! only exception is if for any reason I am unable to start your commission.

You are NOT authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason.
